Bilingual Case Manager - STD / LTD
Our client, an oustanding company in the dowtown Toronto core, is currently looking to add a talented Bilingual Case Manager (Bilingual, English / French) to their team.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Investigate and manage insurance cases
- Speak with medical practitioners in order to access information
- Provide excellent service to clients on an ongoing basis
- Administrative duties as required
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Either a Nurse RN or RPN OR Medica Doctor OR Case Management experience
- Fluently Bilingual (French / English) Will be tested
- Able to pass a background check
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Strong familiarity with medical terminology
- Excellent negotiation skills
