child care for a boy with autism and special needs (medford, usa)

Hello there,
We are looking for a person to look after our son who is 12 years old and is non verbal, autistic, and special needs child. The person should be qualified to manage child with special needs like, feeding,toileting,bathing, grooming and dressing. The person should have driving lisence and own car .
Salary is based on mass PCA laws @12.50/hr.
We are seeking person for long term comitment.
