RAMANUJAN INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED STUDY IN MATHEMATICS
NOTIFICATION
UGC – BSR Research fellowship in sciences, Bio – sciences, Agricultural sciences, Medical sciences and Engineering sciences 2010-11.
The UGC had released FIVE fellowships under the UGC–BSR Research fellowship scheme to the Ramanujan Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics for the year 2010- 2011. The value of the fellowship is Rs.10,000 ( to be increased to Rs. 14,000) p.m along with a contingency grant of Rs.12,000 per annum.
Eligibility :
1. Candidates should have first Registered for Ph.D programme in Mathematics at Ramanujan Institute, University of Madras.
2. Curriculam Vitae for registered candidates of Ph.D students at RIASM may be submitted to the Director , RIASM University of Madras on or before 29th April 2011.
3. Others are encouraged to register for the Ph.D Programme for the 2011 July Session applications can be obtained from the Registrar, University of Madras.
