Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree from an accredited U.S. college or university
• 2 years of experience with general administrative support, ideally including basic research assistance and proofreading and/or writing tasks
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook (2007)
• Excellent administrative, organizational and proofreading skills
• Highly-motivated, detail-oriented, quick learner with a professional demeanor
• Federal government contractor experience is a plus
• Healthcare-related education or experience is a plus

Job Summary:
• Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
• Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year (depending on education and experience)
• Reports to: Project Manager
• Work location is from the employee’s own home with regular meetings in Catapult’s corporate office located in Arlington, Virginia and visits to federal government offices in the DC Metro area as needed. (Work location may change in the near future to be based out of Catapult's corporate office.)
• Employee will be provided with a company phone and laptop computer
• This position provides entry-level research, analytical, proofreading, writing and administrative support related to a federal government healthcare project.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct healthcare-related online research for project literature reviews
• Analyze significance of healthcare-related research results to assigned topics
• Index healthcare-related literature on Excel spreadsheet
• Create, format, edit and/or proofread documents in Word and Excel
• Utilize SharePoint intranet site to store and organize project documentation
• Assist with preparation of healthcare-related training and resource materials
• Write, update and/ or contribute to project status reports in Word
• Provide project-related meeting/ teleconference support as needed, including general administrative support, scheduling coordination, travel arrangements and recording minutes
• Other duties as assigned
