Utopia Home Care is looking for RN Case Managers for Bridgeport, Norwalk, Stamford and the surrounding areas. We’re offering both full time and Per Diem positions, allowing for a flexible work schedule in addition to competitive compensation packages for full time employees.
Requirements/Responsibilities
- Must be a currently licensed RN in the state, with at least 1 year experience (home care preferred)
- Compassionate, professional and team working attitude
- Possess good communication and organizational skills
- Help develop and implement the nursing care plan
- Provide skilled nursing care as the ordered by the physician and outlined in the nursing care plan.
Allscripts experience and Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
