Bilingual (French) Nurse Case Manager (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada)

The role of the Bilingual NCM is to manage the duration of a disability claim to achieve concrete, productive outcomes for the employee and the employer by obtaining a clear diagnosis, ensuring an optimal treatment plan and a successful return to work.

Your professional background encompasses a nursing background with expertise in complex case management, mental health and nervous disorder cases. As a highly skilled NCM, you will be involved in hands on claims management.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A registered nurse with certificates in disability management
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a disability environment
• Disability management experience with a strong focus on psychiatric claims
• Proven experience in preparing and facilitating graduated return to work programs
• Evidence of decision making, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• A dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and exercises sound judgment.
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Outlook)
• French - Bilingual
