If you are starting school next week, don't be scared get organized.

Starting college can be daunting, exciting and a bit scary.

•  Remember to get organized as soon as possible.
• Make a checklist of what you have to do and what you have to get for the class.
• Write out your assignments' due dates on your calendar.
• Set up electronic alerts for your assignments.
• Make sure you understand the assignment completely and don't be afraid to ask questions.
• Set up a schedule to do your schoolwork and  time to study.
• Make sure you know where your class is located if you have to go to class on campus. Try to do this before class starts. Can you get a parking pass for the semester? Will you save money if you get the pass?
• If you are doing an online class make sure you know how to get to your class before your class starts.

This can also be an enjoyable experience.
