B.Tech in Petroelum, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial & Mechanical Engineering
PDPU offers following B. Tech. Programmes at its constituent Schools SCHOOL OF PETROLEUM TECHNOLOGY and SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY
• PETROLEUM ENGINEERING
• CIVIL ENGINEERING
• CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
• ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
• INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
• MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
ELIGIBILITY :
• Candidates should have a minimum academic qualification of 10+2 with 50% marks (for SC/ST 45%) in aggregate of theory papers of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
• Candidates should appear in AIEEE 2011 examination conducted by CBSE on 1st May, 2011,
SELECTION PROCESS :
(a) 50% seats shall be filled up by the candidates who have passed 10+2. Examination from the Schools located in Gujarat State on the basis of merit considering equal weightage of marks obtained in AIEEE 2011 and the marks obtained in the theory of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th Std.
(b) 50% seats will be filled up by the candidates who have passed 10+2. Examination with above mentioned subjects from the Schools located in India (including Gujarat State) on basis of All India Rank of AIEEE 2011.

Last date for applying online or submitting application : 31st May, 2011
Last date for receiving the print out of online
application at PDPU : 7th June,2011
Last date for Submitting 10+2 Examination Marksheet : 13th June, 2011
HOW TO APPLY :
Candidate should apply on-line on the University Website or submit the application in the prescribed form available through selected branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce across India by paying Rs. 1,200/- upto 31st May, 2011. The print out of the duly filled in application form (on-line) must be sent to the Convener, Admission Committee (B. Tech.), Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Raisan, Gandhinagar - 382007 (Gujarat) along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,200/- (non-refundable process fee) drawn in favour of “Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University” payable at Ahmedabad upto 7th June, 2011.
