if we have established that dogs in puppy mills arent expecteed to make it to adult doghood why do we still let this happen? ive gotten all my dogs from rescue places but puppy mills are just abuse to an animal. dental disease, gentic problems, broken limbs, eye infections, these dogs are just badly treated. if we dont let people be treated this way then why do we continue to let these animals be treated this way? if puppy mills were fine and all before with proper care and all that once people have established that most are bad why not illegalize them?

In alot of places puppy mill are illegal. Most of the time though they are very low priority for police.
