Growing Home Heath Company is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Palm Beach County. Working with the physician, RN will manage and develop nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and families of proper treatment.
Qualified candidate will also be responsible but not limited to the following:
-Visits for evaluation and treatment of patients.
-Overseeing the delivery of care and services.
-Supervising all caregivers in accordance to policy.
-Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality & Performance Improvement Program.
Home Health experience is necessary for this position.
