Hello im Maria 22 years old and i leave in Slovakia. Its very hard to find a good dentist here.The most of them care only about the money.. So i went to my last dentist before 1 week because i had extremely strong toothache , she removed me 1 wisdom tooth and the tooth next to and she told me that i have to remove 2 more and started talking about crowns ,bridges and staff..anyway i believe she doesnt have good intentions. I have the dental x-ray and i really need to send it to some proffesional to tell me hes opinion... i really dont want to remove my teeth.. :( please someone.... I removed my wisdom tooth kai 2nd molar tooth in the lower jaw on the left side as you see my Xray.the tooth next to this 2nd molar the 1st molar , she told me it can be saved with crown! And she told me to remove the wisdom tooth and the first molar tooth on the upper jaw on the right as you see my Xray. http://www.flickr.com/photos/52249512@N0…

The wisdom tooth and the first molar on the upper should be removed. The wisdom tooth and the second molar on the lower left should be removed. The upper right first molar and the lower left second molar should be possibly be replaced with implants. The prognosis of saving the teeth that are recommended for extraction is very poor, so don't waste your time and money. Good luck.
