i want to move to my dad's and he's is perfectly okay with this...so how can i convince mymom to let me go? i have the legal choice but she refuses to believe that, and if i have to i can take her to court which i really dont want to do. i want to move because everyone here is rude and selfish and greedy. so how can i get mom to just give up?? my dad takes very good care of me, he doesnt smoke or drink and he's very smart. he used to drink but hasnt touched beer since 8 years ago, but mom wont trust him no matter what. she even cheated on him and she thinks she did the right thing....whatever!! my step dad drinks and she wants me to stay here!!?? she has this job where she goes all over the US doing dental work for soldiers, and shes never home long enough to even say hi. and she lies lies lies! i just want to kill her sometimes(hypethetically speaking). im 14 and laws go by west virginia. how can iconvince her to let me go with out taking her to court!!!??????
