I. ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
1. Qualifying Examination and Minimum Marks
Candidates who are applying for B.V.Sc. & A.H./B.F.Sc./ B.Tech. (Food Processing Technology)/ B.Tech. (Poultry Production Technology) degree courses should have passed HSC (10+2) / CBSE / other examinations recognized as equivalent thereto with the marks as prescribed below:
(a) For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. degree course:
Age Limit
Candidates should not have completed the age indicated below as on 01.07.2011.
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC / ST) : No age limit
Others : 21 Years
No relaxation of age limit is permissible on any grounds.
II. MODE OF SELECTION
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the HSC/equivalent examination as per the Government Orders.
III. APPLICATION FORMS
⇒ Separate application form should be used for B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.F.Sc., B.Tech. (Food Processing Technology) and B.Tech.(Poultry Production Technology) degree courses.
⇒ Request letter for application forms should contain the name of the candidate and the course for which the application (B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. - Food Processing Technology / B.Tech. - Poultry Production Technology) is required.
