Jewish Care Services of Long Island, Inc. (JCSLI) is a not-for-profit corporation which serves families in the Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx who have children at risk of placement in foster care. Homemaker services enable families to remain together by providing homemaking and child care assistance.
We seek a talented administrator to direct fiscal and program operations. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this position will be responsible for contract management and compliance, quality assurance, staffing, supervision and training.
The ideal candidate will have Masters degree in Rehabilitation, Social Work, Public Health or related field and (10) ten years experience in the delivery of program/client services in a community based or health organization, five (5) of which must have been at a supervisory level or above. Proven track record in managing third party billing and strong business acumen required.
