Cutting myself on my ankles?

(I asked this before but no one answered). Okay this is kinda long, but please read: When I was 12 (I'm 14 now), I used to scratch my legs with any random thing I found... but it was always one scratch at a time, and looked pretty normal. .Lately I've been having some 'problems' (anxiety. starting high school, being really unpopular, my mom keeps telling me I'm worthless and I'll end up living in her basement forever, etc.) My dad happened to buy one of those enormous nasty hooked dental tools. I stole it sharpened the edge and started cutting myself on the ankles with it... and scissors and nail clippers and a knife (but I only did that once and it got infected)I try not to do it too deeply, but I have like 20 cuts on my left ankle, and they're really non-natural looking straight lines, and it leaves scars. Right now its winter and I wear socks, but those cuts are a nasty problem waiting to happen... Eventually I'm gonna have to go to a party in a short skirt, or swim for school P.E. I already look like a total freak wearing sweat pants in gym when everyone else tries to show off their butt. When I was 12, my mom eventually caught on that i was making the scratches on my legs myself, and she just said that I was an idiot and good thing I wasn't smart enough to actually cut myself and if I start slashing my wrists she won't care. But she did act really suspicious of me for a while. When I started doing it again, I thought it was a one time thing, no stretch to hide. But the pain makes me feel better, and I can't stop, and even though it's not on my wrists I can't hide it forever! Sorry this has turned into such a long rant, but eventually I'll have to show my legs and I'm really scared about what will happen. What should I do?! And don't say 'tell your parents'. Not an option.

1. Stop cutting yourself. 2. Talk to somebody in your outer-family (aunt/uncle/grandparent) or somebody at school about this. 3. See a therapist.
