okay... so he doesn't get anything... we're in a dental assisting class and he just doesn't get anything that we're doing. we show him the same thing over and over and he doesn't get it! he doesn't do his daily vocabulary wordd, he always copies off the rest of us and we tell him a million times he HAS to do them on his own or we won't let him copy anymore! this is getting on my nerves. i've talked to him many times about this and it's like he doesn't care. he's paying $16,000 for his education and he's not taking advantage of anything our school provides! what should i do? aside from talking to him and cutting him off from copying our words???

Sorry about what your having to go though. I'm in college too and that would get on my nerves really fast if someone kept doing that to me. Try making a scene in class and yell at him in front of everyone, saying "stop coping off my paper, do your own work" If he doesn't like it when someone makes him stand out in class maybe he will get the hint that everyone is fed up with what he is doing. However if your the quiet type and don't want to make a scene, try walking off or pretend you don't hear him when he asks to see your work. good luck in school, hopes this helps
