There is something wrong with my tooth?

Hello everyone, About a year and a half ago the filling in my tooth came out and i didn't really do anything about it at the time because it didn't hurt. Well the last few months its been giving me a lot of problems, but more recently my tooth is turning yellow and hurting really bad, and now its starting to move up my gums right above the bad tooth. today i started feeling around that gum area and notice a very hurtful bump that is super tender and sore and it also feels like there is some kind of liquid in the bump. I don't know what to to its starting to hurt really bad and i sure i need to have it pulled but i don't have insurance. Can anyone help please im in a a lot of pain and don't have tuns of money to pay for a Dental Bill. Thank you to whom ever cares enough to help i appreciate your time and consideration

You have learned a hard lesson. You should have taken care of a problem while it was small and a simple matter to correct. Now the tooth has decayed so badly that it has become abscessed and now is a major problem. The least expensive solution is to have the tooth removed without replacing it. You may have to be on antibiotics first to remove the infection and allow the anesthetic to work. And no dentist will let you pay only $10 a month to pay off a several hundred dollar bill.
