Why do Lib/Lab/Con never listen to what the people want(UK)?

The main issues are always ignored by New Labour, Conservatives and Liberal Democrats. Every General Election we are fed the same soft policies, Labour promise us everything under the sun just to get re-elected. Questionable Poll's are released by our lefty media suggesting that there is a one horse race between Labour and Conservative. We the people want the following, Crime: *Demand zero tolerance on crime *Build the prisons we need *Double the number of police *Abolish the Crown Prosecution Service *Deport foreign criminals and extremists Defence: *Boost the military budget by 40%...equip our troops properly *Increase the army by a quarter and double the Territorial Army *Rescue and expand the Royal Navy *Keep Britain's independent nuclear deterrent strong *Look after our service personnel with better pay and conditions. Immigration: *End mass uncontrolled and unlimited immigration *Regain control of our borders *End abuse of UK asylum system *Introduce work permits visas for limited periods *End support for multiculturalism and promote one, common British culture. Health: *Safeguard NHS principle of delivering care on basis of need, not ability to pay *Introduce 'franchise partners' to run hospitals and healthcare services *Allow patients 'Health Credit Vouchers' for healthcare choice – NHS and private *Return to real Matrons running hospitals and on-the-ward nurse training *Restore free dental check-ups and eye tests under the NHS Tax: *Scrap tax on minimum wage – no income tax below £11,500 *Introduce 31% Flat Tax rate for all *Abolish National Insurance for Employees *Cut Council Tax by scrapping EU laws, non jobs and political correctness *Abolish Inheritance Tax Economy *Create a million new manufacturing jobs *Reduce wasteful public spending *End means testing for pensions and benefits *Introduce Workfare community projects for those on benefits *Invest billions now spent on EU membership on UK projects like rail, road and housing.
