Why does the US put fluoride in the water?

It has some nasty side effects that should have been seen in prior testing before adding it to the most valuable life resource on the planet that is needed for anything to survive on this planet. To me it seems like they either 1 Didn't care at all and were completely stupid to just add it to the water without testing it for the sake of " your teeth will be cleaner at the end of the day" 2 They were all knowing of this fact and decided that it was okay or in plan 3 Some company that mass produces fluoride decided to grease up a politician to instate that it be added to the water supply to gain profit. I find # 2 to be the most relevant because in case you were born yesterday the CIA did actually try to create a mind control chemical to use on "special situations". What do you think it is because and don't say to increase dental hygiene because if they wanted to do that they would have scraped fluoride because of the side effects to young children's teeth.

Fluoride was a waste product from the Manhattan project (the development of the atomic bomb). Sodium Hexaflouride is used in great quantities in the enrichment process. Also fluoride is a waste product from the massive aluminum industry. They both produce a large amount of waste Sodium fluoride and Calcium fluoride and many other variations of that molecule most of which are extremely toxic. One teaspoon of it would cause a very violent agonizing death. Both industries faced a mountain of lawsuits from workers and those effected by this deadly pollution. In order to find a way to dispose of it they hired a research institute and PR consultancy company to convince the public it was good for you and should be dumped in the water supply. The same research company that told you asbestos was good for you, that lead was in fuel was perfectly healthy, and the same PR consultant that represented the tobacco industry. They then ran a propaganda campaign focused on the dental industry to push the chemical as safe. To this day expressing concern about this chemical is met with ridicule yet 98% of europe rejects the addition of this deadly toxic waste to the water supply. There have been theories that is it added to water as a mind control drug in that it has been proven to lower the IQ of those exposed to it, sometimes described as a "Soft Lobotomy". Recent research has shown that it helps you absorb heavy metals and makes people more prone to violent crime, just like with lead poisoning.
