My boyfriend has two daughters 7 and 8. Currently he has them every other week. There mother cannot support the girls. She has no money for day care, clothing or fun activates. The girls come over with clothing that doesn't even fit them and there mother expects us to pay for her daycare. my boyfriend provides medical, dental, we buy them there winter jackets and snow pants, shoes, sports that they want to be involved with and he pays her $145.00 a month. She doesn't pay for anything. She leaves them with broken promises of trips but instead she gets a tattoo and goes on trips without the girls. We also have a house in the girls school district with stable jobs. she has an apartment and jumps from job to job and is on every kind of welfare she can get. Is that enough to get full custody from her?

The $145.00 per month for child support just jumped out and hit me right between the eyes. Now I realize that the mother is a real "Cupcake" and has no mothering skills, and has a drug habit. You can go to legal aid to get their help and you could will hands down. Now lets go back to that pathetic figure that you say you loving father of these two girls gives to them...... Divide the $145.00 by 4 weeks in the month. Alright them take that amount and divide it by two for each girl. I won't embarrass you for the pathetic excuse of an amount that these little girls are supposed to survive on. My son pays out the wa-zoo for his two daughters she won't let him see and has a hard time making ends meet. You do have a great chance getting them, but oh you will be harassed by the judge. sorry but I gave you my opinion. Good luck
